Rohshan is built so you can judge the quality of a reading before spending anything. Every chart calculation is free; you can read your daily guidance free once a day; your first Ask Rohshan question is free; and full sample Life Blueprint reports are available to download so you know exactly what a paid report looks like before you buy credits. We encourage you to use these before purchasing.
If you spend Rohshan Credits on a reading and the generation fails for any reason (an error from the AI service, an empty response, a timeout), your credits are refunded automatically, immediately, and in full — no need to contact support.
Once a reading has been successfully generated and delivered, the credits spent on it are not refundable. Each reading is produced on demand and incurs a real, non-recoverable computing cost the moment it is generated, so — as with other on-demand, personalised digital content — a completed reading cannot be returned. Your reading is yours to keep and reopen for free forever.
Purchased Rohshan Credits are non-refundable. Because we provide free calculations, a free daily reading, a free first question, and downloadable sample reports, you are able to assess the product fully before buying — so credit purchases are final. Credits never expire, so any credits you buy remain available to use whenever you like.
The one exception is a genuine billing error. If you were charged incorrectly — double-charged, charged the wrong amount, or your credits did not appear after a successful payment — contact us at admin@rohshan.com with your account email and (if you have it) your payment confirmation, and we will investigate and put it right.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Rohshan is the seller of record for your purchase. Any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law, and any protections offered by your card issuer or payment provider, are unaffected by this policy.
